Bookings
How do I book a room?
You were just there! go back to the home page and choose the room you are interested in. Click on the “Book Now” button, pick the date you want, and available times will show up just below the calendar in GREEN.
BONUS TIP: If it says, “DO NOT BOOK”, don’t book it! This means someone has reserved the room already. The only way you would click on this would be in the case that you know the person who booked the room already and they have invited you to join them!
Do I need to book the room in advance?
Yes! We often fill up days in advance, so we recommend that you book the room as soon as you decide on a day and time.
Can I just pay when I come in?
Yes and no. At least ONE person in your group must book online, to reserve the room. The rest can pay cash or book on their phones once they arrive. For iPhone users — we have some nifty tech that allows you to scan and purchase your ticket on location. Coming soon for Android folks.
Do I have to pay for everyone’s ticket all at once?
No. As stated above, at least ONE person needs to book online in advance to reserve the room. When you invite other people to join you, just instruct them to go to the website and pick the SAME room, the SAME date, and the SAME time as you have. Give them fair warning that, after that first ticket is purchased, that event will be marked “DO NOT BOOK”. This is the only occasion in which someone should click on a red “DO NOT BOOK” and book a room!
How many people can play?
Each of our rooms can accommodate 2-10 players, though we find a group of 5 or 6 to be optimal. For groups larger than 10, please see our information under “SPECIAL OCCASIONS and GIFT GIVING” below, or visit our Plan Your Event page.
How many rooms do you have?

Time and Scheduling
What if I’m running late?
We recommend that you plan to arrive 15 minutes before start time to avoid such complications. If you are running a few minutes late, please give us a call at (772) 626-6655 to let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not be permitted to play the room. Starting a room late is unfair to staff and to the group that is booked right after you.
How long does it last?
Each room takes up to one hour to play, however, you should plan to be here for 90 minutes to allow for signing waivers, hearing the rules, being introduced to the storyline, and getting your picture taken afterward.
Room Details
Is it scary?
That depends on your definition of ‘scary’! Every room we design is suspenseful, features surprises, and may include fog and/or flashing lights. You can almost certainly count on a jump scare or two! We can assure you that nothing will touch you or harm you (unless you break the rule about sticking your fingers in electrical outlets!)
Are children permitted?
Young people love our rooms! There is no “minimum age” but please keep in mind that children under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult. In addition, younger children may not be appropriate due to complexity of puzzles and some subject matter. Generally, age 8 and up are able to engage enough to enjoy the experience more fully.
Will we really be locked in a room?
While we want you to have the sensation of being “locked” in a room, the entryway doors remain accessible and unlocked once you are in the room. There will always be a staff moderator observing the group to assist as needed. Should you need to use the restroom, you will be allowed out at any time, however, the clock will continue to count down, so the rest of your team should continue playing.
What should we bring with us?
The only thing you really need is your wits and your skill! if you would like to print out your waiver and sign it beforehand, you can find that here. If you need glasses to read, you might want to have those with you as well.
Can we play the same room more than once?
Yes, however, we ask that the puzzles remain a mystery to any new players joining you, so please do not spoil the fun and share the answers with anyone. When you succeed, try your skills in another room!
